San Diego Courthouse Wedding | San Diego Elopement Photographer

I’m so excited to share this courthouse wedding with you guys!! As most of you know, I shot weddings for about 7 years and I loved them! When I started planning my family, I decided to take a break from weddings for awhile, as 12 hour days while pregnant weren’t really my thing, and I knew once I had a baby at home it would be hard to manage that as well! Well, I’ve had 2 babies in the last 3 years, and I’m still not feeling quite ready to return to large, full day events. HOWEVER. Courthouse weddings or small elopements are my JAM. Give me all of the amazing light & happy couples with their CLOSEST friends & family. I’d photograph these small weddings all DAY! Unfortunately, due to rain the morning of this wedding (and a giant mud puddle that formed outside), these guys had to move their outdoor ceremony indoors. But we definitely made the best of it and the light during the portrait sesh was fabulous!
