Pumpkin Patch Maternity Photos | San Diego Maternity Photographer

I’m like most basic women & am obsessed with all things Fall! It’s always been a thing for me (I worked at Starbucks making Pumpkin Spice Lattes before they were cool, okay people?!) and having kids has only made my love of the season grow. Now if only it wasn’t 80 million degrees outside…

Anyway! When Kate contacted me for maternity photos, she mentioned she’d love to find a good pumpkin patch. We were a little limited on where we could go distance-wise, as her husband was working right up to the shoot time, but I was able to find a beautiful spot with both a pumpkin patch and a sunflower field!

Kate was a little skeptical upon pulling up. I mean, this was a working pumpkin patch so there were also TONS of people, random porta-potties here & there, lots of pumpkins stacked in rows… I think she was scared that this was totally not what she had in mind. BUT, the best part about being a photographer is seeing the beauty in places others might not. I knew I just needed some small areas to make some big impacts, and needless to say I’m obsessed with these photos. Check out our pumpkin patch maternity photos below!
